The Automatic Web Alignment System is self-contained, with intelligent sensors that monitor the web edge and allows its precise formation.
An integral air pump is part of the system, eliminating the need for any additional air regulators or the need to hook into plant air for this application. This allows for a more compact, efficient system for web guiding. The system is modularly constructed with sub plate mounted components for maximum serviceability and maintenance with little or no cause for downtime in production.
The system is made in sizes ranging from 1/4 H.P to 3 H.P for various industrial application. The design of the system was originally designed for heavy-duty tyre cord machines, textile processing, paper handling, and flexible packaging line applications to provide consistency in web product alignment, tension, and production standardizations.
